Here are my collages for Week 22. This 365 something project was created in part and hosted by
Hanna at
i Hanna. I don't often use words in the body of my collages. Instead, I prefer to name them independent of words on the collage. To me, words often distract collages. But every card this week has wording.
Additionally, for the next two months, I will be sharing my Index Cards or ICADs. The collage cards will always come first and the ICADs will be second.
In case you missed them,
here are Week 21's cards. As I'm sure you know by now, I post every Monday morning for the
previous week. All my collages are 4" X 4" (10,16 cm X 10,16 cm).

This is a short week for ICADs. I showed Day 1's ICAD on the 1st. That only leaves two ICADs for this week.
This project is hosted by Tammy at Daisy Yellow.

In case you missed the first one, all ICADs this year will incorporate a heart or hearts.
Thank you so much
for spending time with me today. If you are playing in Hanna's 365
Something
project, or Tammy's ICAD project, please let me know and I will be by to see what you are
making. Please let me know if you like any of these. As always, I am
extremely grateful for your continued support of both projects.
Beautiful collages and ICADS, have fun playing the challenge. Have a great week, Valerie
ReplyDeleteAnother fun collection Elizabeth, and lovely to see ICADs and Somethings in the same post. My favorite this week is Uncommon People - that one really tickled me. Your heart ICADs are great too - I especially like #2 (the first one on this post). So glad you’re playing in both of these fun challenges. Regarding my chess stamp, it definitely wasn’t me who used those stamps in the ABC swap. I’ve had them for many years but I am embarrassed to admit this is the first time I’ve ever used them!
ReplyDeleteNice. It is different for you to use words but it works! Nice mini-collages this week. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteYour collages are great this week again- the first one is my favourite ! Cool, fun and beautiful with a great title.
ReplyDeleteUsing of words is something I so love - and I heard often that it would be better without words, but I add them all the time. Maybe it is because I talk so much -- I also need to add words to my art...lol! I also love the ICADs - I think it will be fun to see so many hearts! I Look forward to them all!
Happy new week my lovely friend!
Hugs, Susi
The bunny collage is my favorite this week. Made me laugh. Bunny will be on the menu if I catch the bunnies in my yard eating my morning glories :-D You're off to a great start with your ICADs
ReplyDeleteYou have been busy Elizabeth - fab collages and ICADs - my favourite has to be the stitched hearts ICAD because of the awesome stitching. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday.. Gill x

"Home" is my favorite of these. I like the sentiment, of course :) but also the way you arranged the elements. Nice!
ReplyDeleteanother wonderful collection of art Elizabeth-My most favorite of these is the first one-I love the bunnies and that blue.
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday Hugs Kathy
Another wonderful collection of collages, and your index cards are great Elizabeth! We're in Slovenia this week, just enjoying a bottle of sauvignon with our dinner. Happy T-Day for tomorrow.

These cards and collages all look fantastic Elizabeth. If I had to chose I would say the last one was my fav this week as I love the inky background you used behind the words on the piece, closely followed by the first with the bunny.
ReplyDeleteYvonne xx
Lovely collages, I especially like the one with the bunny.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
what super fun cards!!! I must put this challenge on my calendar for next year so I have time to play too:) Yes, it doesn't necessarily take a lot of time in a day but I have so much on my plate as it is- and not just art-wise.
ReplyDeleteCool Icads!!!
ReplyDeleteNice. I especially loved Let's Do LUnch and Home. Two of my favorite things!
ReplyDeleteOh your collages, I do like them and I am late but ever appreciative of them.
ReplyDeleteLove the bunny in the first one. Maybe that is my favourite along with "Home", and "Uncommon People" which is very interesting.
That's three favourites.
