Day 2 of 30 paintings in 30 days

I'm trying to play catch up at Leslie Saeta's Slices of Life 30 paintings in 30 days project.   I realized when I linked today at # 501 with my first abstract, I would have to get better and faster if I was to keep up.

So today I've worked in series, creating one abstract and starting another that should be dry about the time Day 3 rolls around.  I still need a much better brush, but I like this painting better than Day 1's entry.  Red, pink, light blue, dark blue, and gold are the colors I chose for this one.

Thanks for visiting.  I'm going to be around soon to visit all you wonderful friends who have left comments, I promise.

  4. This is one of my favorite color combos--really nice job. I can see where it is going to be a challenge to keep up with one a day but have not doubt you are up to it!
