Joining ICAD (Index Card a Day)

Day 1
I'm not an artist (someone who can draw and sketch), but having watched several people participate last year, I decided to try it.  Sorry, I cropped this a bit too much on the right side. So, using the prompt of the day on the ICAD blog run by Tammy of Daisy Yellow, I thought I would try my luck at collage.  And what happened?  The first thing I did was try to draw something.  You might want to join the fun, too.

  2. I'll check this out. It looks like fun. I'm not much good at doing something daily though. I get distracted.

  3. First of all, may I say I think that is a hilarious take on the prompt 'zebra.' I like the way your mind works.

Re: ICAD, I can only participate at a decent rate because I'm about to have a well-earned summer away from teaching, an intense 24-7 career.

Looking forward to more from you!

  4. Good for you going out on a limb with a challenge like this. That would be hard for me to keep up with. I've got a lot of quit in me. ;)

  13. Looks great, made me smile to see you use zebra instead of donkey lol very clever lol hope you enjoy doing the cards. No drawing needed, its just daily creativity and that comes in all forms.

  15. I tried ICAD last year, but just couldn't keep up. It was great for brainstorming ideas or just creating art freely...something I hardly ever do.
