Valentine Tea or Fat Tuesday Tea?

I probably should have called this audition tea because I'm auditioning mugs in preparation of Valentine's day.  A friend I haven't seen since college called and told me she and another friend were going to be in town over the weekend, so I offered to have them over for coffee or tea.  After a bit of conferencing, it was agreed that we would drink tea.  I have more than enough tea that I can certainly provide a nice variety. 

After careful consideration, I decided to use the three mugs that were the same size when my guests and I have tea.  I wouldn't want them thinking one of us was a piggy.  And I will use this mug with all the love sayings on it today while I audition different teas.


As for my Valentine,

this is the only one who will claim me.

and although he may look like an angel in this photo, he is seldom willing to sit for any length of time.

Bored now!!

There goes my photo op, which means I now need to pick up his cat toys he always seems to cart to the dining room, and vacuum cat fur before my guests arrive on Thursday.  The joys of a live-in Valentine!
