Wednesday wonders: 3.14

3.141592653589793238462643383279502884197169399375105820974944592307816406286 20899862803482534211706798214808651328230664, etc.  I want to thank C.J. and Ink for reminding me of this day.  I completely forgot last year.

Today, with the help of Pexels we celebrate Pi
the 16th letter of the Greek alphabet.

Whether savory or sweet, let's celebrate Pi Day with pie!

Thanks for taking a part of your day to visit.  I greatly appreciate it and YOU.  Remember, your blog might be the inspiration for my next Wednesday wonders.

You're making me hungry! Pie for breakfast is one of my favorite things. (And they say that is the time of day to eat it also, not at night after dinner). I need to go shovel some more once the sun comes up-2 hour delay at school-we have about 18 inches but it is fluffy at least. Still it is snowing. Maybe a couple more inches today. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow-I can't believe how desert like you are. Would you like some snow? Hee-hee. Not hee-heeing about your dry conditions though. That is scary. Hope you get some rain soon. It's not going to make very good spring or summer conditions if you don't get any. The farmers must be worried but maybe they just pull out of the aquifer anyhow. Oh well, enough chatter from me. Enjoy your warm snow-free day. Hugs-Erika

ha ha this is brilliant Elizabeth. I didn't linger too long on each photo as I don't want to feel hungry and eat yet as I just weighed myself, the first time since before Christmas and it was not good :(
Have a great day... Gill xx

Keep the math, oh, only kidding, but give me the pie, any of those pies.....like Erika, over 2 foot of snow and now, thankfully, we are done for this week, another storm possible for next week...so much for planting peas. xox

I'm so glad you can't gain weight from looking at food! Those pies look fabulous. Have a Happy Pi Day!

I wish I liked pie better. There are a few favorites -- mostly fruit pies. But the crust has to be perfect. It's the one thing I don't cook! Or often. I'm not that great with pi either. Sometimes I wonder, what's the point? So, it's a big number. But do we ever go to the store and buy a pi of oranges? I'm sure some scientist could tell me all about it but sometimes ignorance is bliss.

I literally lol when I saw your 'Opening Number!' 😁 but now I'm hungry for pie!! Wanted to stop by and let you know I'm ok, just dealing with a flooded basement! As I'm sure you can understand and identify with! Fortunately we have insurance to cover the ruined appliances, but over 30 years of stuff accumulated and now it has to go. Lots of stair climbing! But I think we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. And though in most ways I'm tired of the snow, am very glad further rain has held off for the last two weeks so we can get it all cleaned up. Hugs to you and hope you are staying warm and dry. Thanks for the Pi!
