Born in the Wild

I'm once again joining Rike at Rike's Art this month's host at Art Journal Journey with her theme Animals A to Z.

Today we are visiting

all these lovely creatures.

What they all have in common is

although quite beautiful,

as long as they are far enough away,

they were all born in the wild!

Some are also dangerous to be near, while others are harmless to humans.  These were created in my Challenges altered book.  The background is one I created when I wrote a tutorial on various Twinkling H2O techniques.  The images were cut from a magazine on wildlife.

Thank you for joining me today, and thank you for your support of my art.  Please join Susi, Rike, Bleubeard, and me at Art Journal Journey with your favorite animal, too.

Your dark background is the best to bring such magical photos into the right light! It is a gorgeous wild life page in your altered book!
And I agree - some of the animals I like as long as they are far enough away :)
Thank you for another fantastic entry to my theme at AJJ!
Wish you a happy rest of the week!

That's a great collection of animals. I would like to see a polar bear in the wild, but from the safety of space. I guess that means I need to take a trip far north. Maybe one day. But I am afraid of seeing a mountain lion. I think because you might not know they are coming, but they are beautiful. We have a big debate here in NH if they are still around, and although I have never come across one, I am a believer we have a few of them here in the state. I think there was (or is) one in my local as there was an injured horse and some other killed farm animals. Anyone, I digress. You made a cool page and enjoy the animals you picked. Hope all is well. Hugs-Erika

Great page, I hope, they all can survive in the wild and not a human shots them and their water is not poisoned by chemicals...

Wow, this is a gorgeous scrapbook page of wild animals. How wonderful it must be to actually see them, sadly for us it would be in a zoo. I really hope we keep these wild creatures in their own environments, for our future generations to appreciate them. But we must never forget they are wild and could be dangerous.
It is a fabulous background for the pictures, it makes them pop from the page.

I love animals and wolves in particular. This is a great page and one that shows animals that need our help. Wolves are not pests but beautiful animals that maintain the land. Love twinkling H2O's
