Wednesday wonders is on hiatus until December

I had a Wednesday wonder post ready to go, then learned that Leah Piken Kolidas is once again hosting her Art Every Day Month, or AEDM.  So I've signed up for it again this year.  That means Wednesday wonders is on hiatus until December.

As I do most years, I begin AEDM with my monthly calendar.   Others put my puny calendar to shame, but I've found a way to keep this going and no longer stress over creating the pages each month.  Feel free to read the minutia.  I know!  My life is as boring as my calendar.

The good news is, I have my November calendar ready to write in.

Thanks for joining me today with your chance to laugh at my wimpy calendar.

This is Day 1 of AEDM and I created my November and finished my October calendars.

Wow Elizabeth! You will have a busy ART month - I am excited to hear that and am looking forward to seeing art every day in November here at your blog!
You always inspire me with your calendar pages to be consequently in writing on mine something every day. I hope that in 2018 I will be better on this...
Happy start of November dear Elizabeth!

Art Every Day sounds like quite a challenge but I know you are up to it. Nice that you keep up your calendar pages too.

I enjoy your calendar. The use of the colored markers, stamps make the calendar grid look like a quilt. Will look forward to seeing your challenge art.

You're very good filling in your calendar on a daily basis Elizabeth, and all the various colours and stamps make it quite interesting.
I must say I'm quite bad at even entering things in my diary, I'll start very well at the beginning of the year, then it starts to fall behind...

What a fun idea to fill up a calendar each month with crafty "to-do" projects. I would love this but I can't really schedule time in with littles. Life tends to be chaotic and spontaneous!
Love that tea cup stamp! Have fun filling your calendar up!

As you invited me to read the details I did so. Sounds like a good month to me. It's a great idea, this one thing a day in the box, when you go back you will remember the flavour of the month. I'm really glad you didn't burn the house down.

Hey, nice to be here again. I know your calendar will be crazy in no time as we all tend to fill ours up as we go!! Looking forward to daily visits even tho my hubby s going for hip surgery tomorrow. While he's in therapy at home and later when I'm chauffeuring him around, I'll be glad for this diversion of AEDM!!

Art every day! I look forward to seeing what you do. I watch movies every day, read every day, do some exercise every day... but I find the idea of art every day intimidating.

Hey Elisabeth!

Thank you so much for visiting, we should definitively have some tea together this month and discuss creativity and recycling ;-)

What a neat idea to make a creativity calendar! Oh and we took a peep at your book covers and my daughter and I loooove the Melting Molly. Norah is a great fan of the Barbie cover too, she doesn't really play with the dolls but some years ago we had a lot of fun repainting Barbie faces so they'd look like real women ;-) I like the Asian cover a lot and I have a question: the beautiful cutout at the top, is it the cover or the form of the book?

See you soon!

I always wonder if your blank slate seems scary or greatly anticipated!
