Craft Barn Q meets Moo-Mania and More

Craft Barn's challenge letter this fortnight is "Q."

I had lots of ideas, so combined a few of them to ask the ultimate QUESTION, my chosen word.

This is the backing of an old Susan Wingert K & Company sticker sheet.  I cut it in half so it would extend the length of the page.  The windows are what were left over from dimensional stickers I used on my Christmas tip-ins.  They certainly qualify for the "Use Your Scraps" challenge at Moo-Mania and More.

I backed the windows with another scrap, this time a piece of construction paper.    I also used old postage stamps, which I don't consider scraps, but works of art in their own right.  You can see some of the questions I ask in these windows.

Query, Queen, Quip, Quiz, Quote, and Questionnaire were all featured, but the main Q is

Question.  Here is the definition as defined by Merriam-Webster.

One final look at this fun example of Q as I show I used postage stamps, the remains of dimensional stickers, a piece of construction paper, a stencil for the Q, and a brown Zig ink pen.

Thanks for joining me at the Craft Barn as I was able to visit and comment on everyone's art last time except for one person whose comments are set up so I have to join G+ just to leave a comment, which I simply can't do.

Thanks also for this fun challenge at Moo-Mania and More, where it's always fun to join their challenge.

I like the control on this page. All the little boxes- but not all square boxes, so its not too controlled. I know that control isn't quit the right word I mean, but in my half asleep head, its all I can think of. What a great page for the letter Q. Hope you are having a good day when you read this. Hugs to you!

This is such a good page for "Q Question", with your intriguing questions. Your artwork is always so different.
I like that you have included the dictionary definition of "Question" too, we think we know what a word means but it often has addition subtle other meanings.

Love your page, with all the great additions, as always a new slant on 'question' and 'scraps'. Have a great day, and thanks for joining us again at Moo Mania and More, Valerie

Very original and creative page you created.
Looks like you put lots and lots of thought into it too.
I just heard a sound bite the other day that said a four year old asks on average of 437 questions each day LOL
Random bit of info and how they determined that...
well never mind. I will forget that question.
Great use of scraps as you are always so good about doing.

A real interesting page, love the orderliness of the boxes and of course the materials you used and saved for another purpose.

Lots of q words and I love the fact you've used a sticker backing sheet and made it into a work of art. You should enter Carolyn Dube's 'Let's Play' challenge on her blog

Great stamps in your stash to use on the page. Your Elizabeth stamp so perfect, bet there isn't one that would fit my name. Nice gridded organic layout. xox
