WOYWW 314: the one where she shows ALL

Last week I tempted those of you who had not been to the WOYWW crop with Julia at Stamping Ground or who had not sent packages for her to distribute.

L-R top row:  Debbie, Zoe, Debbie, Fiona
2nd row: Jan, Kyla, Julia
3rd row:  Dolores, Helen, Cindy, RosA
4th row: Chris, Shaz, Eliza, Jo

BUT!! That wasn't all.  Yes, that's my short curly hair you see in the shadow of the photo.

From L-R, top row: Annie and her adorable poem and stitched ATC, Mary Anne's over the top pop-up
2nd row: Hettie, Nikki, both wrapped up like the special gifts they were.

Mary Anne's pop-up close and personal.

Arriving a few days ago was this lovely package from Voodoo Vixen (Annette).  Loved the stamps even before I opened the package.

Inside was one of her gorgeous ATCs.  I know some of you have seen how it opens, so I won't bore you, instead, drawing your attention to her beautiful card.

If only my handwriting were as lovely as hers!

She included another gift that may just signal the need for an art challenge.

So where, you ask, is the rocking horse today.  Since I had no place to put one on my work table,

I brought out an old photo of one in its natural habitat: my guest bedroom.

Obviously, it's brass, I can ride it, and it's far too big to pick up, much less place it on my work table.  And aren't you glad I have a much better camera now?

If coming from Julia's, please leave your number.  I'm having all kinds of bad luck with not just G+, but also how some have Word Press set up.  Please forgive me.  I stop by, but can't leave messages.

What a wonderful collection of creativity! Glad you have one of mine. Your rocking horses are amazing. My son is pursuing a career as a jump jockey once he leaves school. He has a place at the best Racing college there is. He would've loved that brass horse and would've jumped on it! He's too big now though!! Enjoy your week. Take care Zo xx 39

Wow, Elizabeth! What a wonderful collection of treasure you received. Something lovely to look over if you have "one of those days", or just to put up on a wall and look at from time to time. I love the special pop-up box ATC - such fun!
A brass, rideable rocking horse... I have never seen one made from brass, that is actually large enough to sit on! What a novelty and how special.
