WOYWW 313: the one where she gets mail

Last week when I joined Julia at Stamping Ground for WOYWW, I didn't forget the asterisk, but I forgot the week number.  I was in a hurry to get the post up, so forgot which week it was, even though I know that 6 * 52 = 312.  Isn't math fun?  I want to thank Helen (H) for catching my mistake, too.

Also last week in the comments, Cindy of My Name is Cindy asked if I kept track of the rocking horses I've shown.  It's like asking if I know which child's photo I've shown in the past.  Yes, of course, I know.  And yes, there are a few I've shown twice, but I've also pointed it out when I showed them a second time.  And before you ask, NO, I don't name them.  After all, they are beloved collectibles, not children.  And I don't collect children, either.  Only two adorable (and neutered) fur babies.

But, what's this about mail, you ask.  And why is WOYWWendy such a photo hog.  Good questions.

Earlier today, I received this incredible package.

As you can see, it was sent by "WOYWWERS." And that leads to why Wendy has suddenly turned into such a photo hog.  She also celebrated a birthday this month because she was "born" just in time for the very first WOYWW anniversary, which landed on June 2, 2010.

I'll show all next week, because I'm trying to keep it short and sweet (for once), just like Julia prefers.  Please leave your number if coming from Julia's.  And, for the first time in a long time, I was able to visit everyone on the list last week, except for one person whose G+ account is set so I can't comment unless I join G+ (which isn't going to happen even if Google gets rid of Blogger).  Now I'm off to open this gift.

Two to you then it is - although I think you will probably beat me again next week as I have started sleeping a bit longer in the mornings. No setting the alarm for some early morning awakening to get near the front any more, if I do I tend to knock it to 'snooze' and then sleep on and on. I am also treating him indoors to a night away so will probably have to wait until early evening before I get around to commenting. Rest assured I wil do it though.
Well Elizabeth, Happy WOYWW to you and a miaow-type-Hi to Bleubeard.
Hugs, Neet xx (no need for my number as I am replying to your comment - at least that is how I think it could work) xx (I cannot remember it, I am so tired these days)

Happy mail is always fun! Enjoy sitting down and perusing your packages (which I'm betting are ATCs). I know that somehow I am affiliated with G+ because of... the blog? the gmail email? I dunoo but I don't think I'm using it. It is all so confusing. Anyway, hope you can pop on by for a visit. Judy #56

Hi Elizabeth, happy WOYWW - I know I'm late-ish but some days one has other things get in the way. I just love WOYWWendy - what a fabulous idea - she's always there keeping an eye on things. I think I've asked before - I have two rocking horse 'things' I'd like to send if you'd like to email me your address. Have a wonderful week RobynO#32

Awesome gift! You need to let us see what is in there, I am so nosey. I missed last week, so bummed about that. I also missed about 5 months worth of WOYWW, so did not see a single rocking horse - very boring.
Glad to see you are well, missed visiting all my 'old friends'
Happy WOYWW!

Yes, I have one person who ALWAYS comments and I can NEVER comment back. I hope she knows I do visit tho - I did email her once but not every week. I do love WOYWW Wendy and how exciting to get the package. So lovely to see all the ATCs together - as I was organizing mine I noted just what a talented bunch we are :)

Happy WOYWW!

Hi Bleubeard and Elizabeth, you did make me chuckle, I don't name my car, or my washing machine or desk, some folks do and I find it hilarious.

Intriguing package! Does Bleubeard need a sweater?
