Journal 52, Week 20, Good Advice

Chelle got some good advice at Journal 52 from a fellow blogger for Week 20.  Guest
artist Lorene Boulter shared her advice in her journal, as I will now do in mine.

I'm now going to pass my advice on to you.  It is the advice I live by.

I think you can read the advice I give myself and others.

I believe this was the perfect image to go with my advice.

Of course, I had to end with a bit of humor, too!

Materials used include my used file folder that I painted earlier, a paper doily I spritzed with my handmade shimmering mists, some lovely stick on gems that seemed to match the girl's head band, an image from my stash, and computer generated text.

Thanks for the visit and allowing me to share my good advice.

oh my goodness...didn't realize it's been so long since I visited! Lots of wonderful posts that I had to catch up on, and love the sweet girl and excellent advice on this piece! the 'right adhesive for the job' cracked me up. :) I've been busy getting ready for and enjoying family and visitors the last couple of weeks, so have been squeezing in art time as I can, but not much computer time. Your herb garden looks ready for the growing season. Didn't realize you'd had so much severe weather so glad you didn't have too much trouble. I guess it fizzled out before it got to Ohio because we just had some rain & wind but nothing worse!

So glad you had nice birthday gifts and hope your day was wonderful...I know you will have another terrific year! ♥

Good advice on all counts!! Love the faraway look in the girls eyes - one I recognise sometimes in the mirror - except I'm not that young Ha! Ha! Chrisx
