Asian Style Tea

This week I'm joining Kimmie at Art in Red Wagons and all my Tea Tuesday friends in a semi-formal snack I prepared yesterday afternoon. Even though it's still quite hot outside, I relaxed and enjoyed these Coffee Milk Biscuits I found at the Asian market that taste delightfully coffee flavored. I teamed these biscuits with Singma Soom Est., a Darjeeling tea from India I found at The Spice Merchant.

Add to that these pieces I also found at the Asian market, and I have

the perfect setting for tea and biscuits Asian style.

Won't you join my friends and me for Tea Tuesday? We would love for you to share what you are drinking today.

beautiful tea cup and ...um, would you call it a rectangular bowl? anyway, lovely colors. and I always find it interesting how we call them 'cookies' or 'crackers' but in Europe they are 'biscuits.' Guess you could have tea with 'soda biscuits' and jam...that would be good too...having a bit of a ramble...enjoy your tea, dear. and the shopping trip with Sally...
