More rusty pages, this time from Rita

This month I received rusty round robin pages (say that three times fast) from Rikae (Rita) who told me she had no way to rust my pages using real metal. I suggested paint or ink would work just as well. Rikae wants us to use an oriental theme in her pages, and she did the same with mine. In case you are a new reader to my blog, my pages are 8.5 X 11 inches (slightly larger than A4) and my colors are rust and white. They will live in a three ring binder I decorated earlier this year.

Rikae even punched the holes for me, so I didn't have to mess with that process. Here is the beautiful first page with a bit of red accent. I love how she used oriental text on these pages.

The back side of this tip-in appeals to my animal side,

which matches nicely with the first side of the second tip-in. And the book of tea image is adorable. A lovely touch were the buttons and folded oriental pages Rikae used as accents.

The final page contains more of the oriental papers, this time to section off the colors of the background and as an accent embellishment. These will be a lovely addition to my growing book. Thank you for these beauties, Rikae!
