WOYWW 75: in hog heaven

I must admit I didn't make it around to everyone last week, even though I was number 1. I simply ran out of time, much of which was not my own. Hopefully, I'll do better this week.

I wanted everyone to get a GOOD look today, so you will need to click on each of the photos to get the whole picture.

This is what my work table looked like yesterday morning, right before I scooted out the door. The only things I put away were my rocking horses. On my table were from back left clockwise: two new calendars, part of a project I still can't talk about (white card stock), small cast iron rocking horses (yep, didn't try to hide them), a new stamp I got for twenty five cents (sorry, don't know how much that is in pounds, but think 1/4 a pound and you'll be close), Wendy, and two bags of thread I bought for a dollar.

Then I was out the door, leaving the mess in place and thinking how boring my work space was.

If you don't want a supersized shot, this is one I saved at very low resolution.

But this is where my REAL work desk/bench was yesterday, as Wendy can attest. And by the time I went home, it was already Wednesday on the continents of Australia, Asia, and Europe.

I'm in hog heaven. I'm a big tools kind of gal and my friend Scott's work bench. located at his home across town, was the perfect size today. You can see Wendy is hanging out to the left of the paint can. Even if you can't see her, you can't miss her big feet! So show us YOUR workspace today and maybe even join Julia at Stamping Ground and all us crazies snoops for this wild blog hop. I sure had fun playing in this workspace!

Today's blog belongs to Theresa at Studio 48 Tango. Theresa draws lovely faces, colors them, paints them, collages them. She also makes jewelry, lovely mixed media pieces, and fills out colorful journal pages like few people I know. Theresa lives in Florida in the US. Please visit her site today and tell her happy WOYWW 75.

All those amazing threads, I love a bargain too. What are you going to make on Scott's bench? Are you allowed to say?
Wendy and you seem to be inseparable are you identical twins, well apart from size????????????
Far too many questions but I would just love to know the answers.

Can't wait to see the super secret projects....and what are you working on at Scott's? I like admiring big tools, but know myself well enough that it's best for me to keep a healthy distance!
Wendy's spot amongst the paints looks pretty safe to me!

Morning Elizabeth... so what on earth are you up to now? Making big wooden journals with rocking horses on the front? Its silly o'clock here and I am sitting in the basement trying not to cough... think I caught Chris' cold as I am all snuffly. The cats don't seem to mind, they think its fun to be playing about in the middle of the night!

Ohhh Snap said...

Wendy certainly is adventurous lol. It's hard to get paint off when you are woven :D. I love power tool too, except circular saws make me nervous-er lol. I do love my finger tips.

Lots of bargains this week, and wow, a big ole table saw!! Looks like your friend is repairing his siding? I love doing stuff around the house, but not housework!

25c is about 17p in GBP, cheap as chips as we say!

Hi Elizabeth, that is one big workspace, I bet you had some fun.

Our Cable/satellite TV in the UK is run by a company called 'SKY' hence the 'Sky Man'. He will be installing new cables and digital boxes so we will be able to watch more programmes. Hope this makes sense now :)
